Why Sleep ?

Abe Lincoln was asked to cut a tree in 5 hours. He said he’ll take 4 of those hours to sharpen the blade. Makes so much sense. Sleep – that’s how we sharpen our blade.

What this Graph means –

  1. After 6 hours – productivity greatly declines. Meaning working for more than 6 hours at a time will be counter productive.
  2. Errors shoot up to 100% after 12 hours or so of staying awake. This is proven by the fact that brain behavior after just 15 hours of staying awake matches that of a brain working with 0.05BAC (blood alcohol count)
